Shipping Policies
It is our goal to ship your product as quickly as possible. These are general guidelines and are not guaranteed.
If you are needing your order by a specific date, please contact us to be sure we can get it to you in time.
Non-personalized orders are usually shipped from our warehouse within 4-5 business days after placing your order. Personalized orders are usually shipped from our warehouse within 2 weeks. Please note these time frames do not include transit time via Fedex.
Our standard method of shipment is via Fedex. In certain situations and at our discretion, we will ship via the United States Postal Service. Our customers have the ability to select Fedex Next Day Air, Fedex 2nd Day Air, or Fedex ground service. Please note that Fedex ground service takes anywhere from 1 to 5 days to arrive after your order has been shipped, depending upon destination. Fedex does NOT pick up packages from us on Saturdays.
Princess Linens cannot be responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If a customer provides us with an incorrect shipping address, Princess Linens reserves the right to charge the customer's credit card for any additional shipping charges incurred as a result of such error.
For international orders, Princess Linens is not responsible for additional fees imposed by the destination country, such as duty taxes. Princess Linens will not be responsible for nor refund any such fees.
Please be sure that the "Ship To" address entered is accurate and complete to ensure prompt delivery.
