Shipping Policies
It is our goal to ship your product as quickly as possible. Here are some guidelines to understand when your order will ship.
If you are needing your order by a specific date, please contact us to be sure we can get it to you in time.
Non-personalized items that are in stock are shipped from our warehouse within 1-3 business days after placing your order and will usually arrive within 1-5 business days from the date of shipping with ground shipping.
Personalized items that are in stock are shipped from our warehouse in 2 weeks from the date of order when you select ground shipping. If you need your order sooner, please select either next day air or 2nd day air shipping at checkout and your order will ship in 1 week from the date of the order and will arrive depending on the shipping method chosen. Unfortunately, we are not able to rush personalized orders when ground shipping is selected. If you need your order sooner than 1 week, please contact us directly to check availability. Our standard method of shipping is Fedex.
Princess Linens is not responsible for delivery transit times.It is the customers responsibility to select the appropriate delivery method to ensure that the package is received when needed. If a customer provides an incorrect shipping address, Princess Linens reserves the right to charge the customer's credit card for any additional shipping charges incurred as a result of such error. Please be aware that delivery delays are more likely during inclement weather and holidays.
For international orders, Princess Linens is not responsible for additional fees imposed by the destination country, such as duty taxes. Princess Linens will not be responsible for nor refund any such fees.
Please be sure that the "Ship To" address entered is accurate and complete to ensure prompt delivery.
